Pre-Requisite Qualification: Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Online CWE conducted by IBPS in September / October 2013 should have obtained the following Total Weighted Score (Qualifying Standard Score).
Probation Period: Selected candidates will be on probation for 2 years in case of officers and 1 year in case of Office Assistants. Security Deposit- Security deposit will be obtained at the time of joining Rs. 25,000/- from officers and Rs. 15,000/- from Office Assistants up to probation period. In case of resignation before confirmation it will be forfeited.
Selection Process: Based on IBPS RRBs CWE Sep / Oct 2013 Exam Score, The Interview will be held at the Raipur Centre and the complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters.
Scale of Pay:
- Officer Scale III: Rs.25700-800/5-29700-900/2-31500/-
- Officer Scale-II: Rs.19400-700/1-20100-800/10-28100/-
- Officer Scale-I: Rs.14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700/-
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Rs.7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300/-
